Check for Disabled Alerts on Nagios

At work, it became interesting to perform a check on our Nagios installations, and ensure that all of the disabled notifications should, in fact, be disabled. It was a fairly simple script, but I hadn’t had much experience yet with Ruby, so that made it fun.
