I went to print something a couple weeks ago, and the printer had lost its mind, and wouldn't print anything. Two attempts to fix it failed. For other reasons, I'm now considering running another distro again. Or Windows. Yes, it's currently that bad with Ubuntu and my hardware. How ironic. I couldn't use my iphone4 in place of a laptop without great features you mentioned. i.e. pinch zoom, snappy processor&web browsing speed, etc. Then again, your list of cons for iOS is longer than mine. I'm seriously thinking of converting my phone back to the "uncracked" OS, because most of the features I've been interested in cost $$ At least 2 years before the android os can function properly is my guess.
